Event: Home loss due to 2024 Hurricane Milton  

In October 2024, Hurricane Milton tore through Florida, leaving Jillian White and her family homeless. With nothing left but the clothes on their backs, Jillian was unsure where to turn. Thanks to her supervisors and director, she was quickly connected to the GMR Employee Foundation. Within days, her application was approved and the Foundation provided immediate financial support that helped her secure shelter, food, fuel and other essentials.
