Event: Storm damage to home due to 2024 Hurricane Helene  

When Hurricane Helene devastated South Georgia in September 2024, longtime public safety leader and program manager for Air Evac Lifeteam 91 in Vidalia, Georgia, found himself on the other side of emergency response, needing help. After years of supporting the GMR Employee Foundation, he never imagined he would rely on it. Thanks to encouragement from his leadership team and the Foundation’s swift response, he and his family were able to begin recovery after their home was severely impacted by storm damage.
