AirMedCare Network and third generation racecar driver Corey LaJoie team up for 2022 season
AirMedCare Network (AMCN), America’s largest air ambulance membership network, today announced that it has partnered with NASCAR superstar Corey LaJoie.

“We view this partnership as the next evolution to an already successful partnership with NASCAR to demonstrate the care our providers give at a moment’s notice,” said Keith Hovey, Vice President of membership for AMCN. Hovey added that GMR’s ground business, American Medical Response (AMR), is the primary on-track safety team for NASCAR. “Through the care and service of the AMR safety team, GMR supports these outstanding drivers any time an on-track incident occurs. With our new partnership with Corey, we are supporting a third-generation racer in his 2022 pursuit of the Series Cup title.”

LaJoie is known for having meticulously worked his way to the NASCAR Cup Series through a series of smaller victories on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, ARCA Menards Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. LaJoie refers to these victories as “stacking pennies.”

“Growing up in a racing family taught me to be prepared for anything – both on and off the track,” said LaJoie. “I am proud to partner with AirMedCare Network because their membership helps people across the country to also be prepared for anything, especially unexpected medical emergencies. Their membership service brings people financial peace of mind and allows them to focus on what is important – recovery.”

When time is of the essence, AMCN providers across the country provide air medical transportation to the nearest and most appropriate emergency facility. Even with comprehensive health coverage, expenses like co-insurance and deductibles for emergency transport can be substantial, but an AMCN membership means that members incur no out-of-pocket expenses for their flight. An AMCN membership protects members from the financial burden that could arise from an unexpected medical emergency.
