Recognized as trailblazers in the EMS industry, five GMR team members receive distinguishment from Association of Air Medical Services
Global Medical Response (GMR) is proud to recognize five exceptional individuals: two GMR team members and three GMR partner organization members, who have been named to the 2025 “40 Under 40: Rising Leaders in Medical Transport” list by the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS). This national honor celebrates emerging leaders in the medical transport industry who are driving innovation, elevating care, and shaping the future of acute field medicine.
Selected from a competitive pool of 84 finalists, these changemakers exemplify the heart of GMR’s mission- providing care to the world at a moment’s notice. We’re honored to celebrate the following GMR team members and partner organization members recognized among this year’s 40 Under 40:
One Team, One Mission
These individuals exemplify GMR’s core values and have been instrumental in both air and ground emergency medical services and patient relocation.
“We are incredibly proud of our GMR and partner organization team members for earning this national recognition,” said Kimberly Montgomery, president of GMR Health Systems. “Their leadership, compassion, and collaboration inspire all of us at GMR and reflect the caliber of professionals we are fortunate to have on our team.”
The awardees will be formally recognized at the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC25) in Omaha, Nebraska next week, where they will join fellow honorees in exclusive networking and leadership development sessions. For more information about the AAMS 40 Under 40 Awards, visit the AAMS website.
