AEL Washington County Named 2023 Best Medical Transport Company by Mississippi News Outlet

The Delta Democrat-Times recognized AEL's contributions to Washington County.
Air Evac Lifeteam (AEL) is proud to announce that AEL 87 in Washington County has been awarded Best Medical Transport Company for 2023 by the Delta Democrat-Times. Each year, members of the community vote for the best of the best in various categories, ranging from retail services to healthcare and public services.
“To be chosen by the community we serve as Best Medical Transport Company is truly an honor,” said Lee Williams, program director for AEL 87. “It is rewarding for our first responders to receive recognition for the hard work they do each day.”
Whether responding to local emergencies, natural disasters, mass casualty events or any emergency in between, AEL teams provide safety, security and high-quality care to our community. We work closely with area hospitals, healthcare facilities, fire departments and law enforcement agencies to provide emergency medical services and medical relocation.
