The Marketing & Communications Department has made it easier for you to request marketing collateral, writing, editing and graphic design support. Brochures, postcards, press releases, graphic designs... anything you may need is one step away. Simply complete this short Request Form and we will follow up with you on the details to get your project moving!

For all requests, please note that our standard turnaround time to review an initial draft is between 10-15 business days from content approval.

New Facebook page request

This section is only required if you selected "New local Facebook page" from Project Type

All fields are required.

All employees who plan to become an admin for the local operation/base/MSM page will need to review and agree to our GMR social media toolkit and guidelines. Please confirm that this packet has been reviewed and agreed to by all members who will be admins on the account.

  • All new operation pages must go through a vetting process. Below is a list of questions. If/when approved, the GMR Social Media team will set the page up for you to ensure it meets GMR local page requirements. From there, we will hand over admin access to the appropriate team members.
  • Program Directors/Operational Managers must be aware of and approve all local pages before our team creates a page. If the PD/OM will not be an admin on the page, they must be aware of the page creation and who will be added to it. PD's/OM's are responsible for ensuring that the page admins remain up-to-date should employees leave the company. Please confirm that the PD/OM is aware of and has approved this page.



Attach Files to Your Request

If you need to upload more than 5 files, consider adding all files into a zip file and upload .zip file instead.

Here is a guide on how to zip files:

If files, that you want to attach, are in the same folders and that folder only contains files that you want to attach:

  1. Right-click the folder with files
  2. Select Compress to ZIP file option
  3. A file with the same name as your folder and .zip extension will be created
  4. Attach that .zip file to the form by clicking Choose File control on the form

If files are in different folders:

  1. Create a new folder
  2. Copy all files that you want to attach to the newly created folder
  3. Right-click the folder with files
  4. Select Compress to ZIP file option
  5. A file with the same name as your folder and .zip extension will be created
  6. Attach that .zip file to the form by clicking Choose File control on the form

The size of each file should not exceed 20 MB.

When you click SUBMIT button, it might take up to a minute to submit this form. Please, don't click SUBMIT button more than once!
